New to Tooltask 1.2 is the ability to send an appointment to any calender application that supports either the ICalender or VCalender formats.
Tooltask still supports Microsoft Outlook.
The first time you install and run ToolTask the options dialog will open. After specifying your desired calendar format, ToolTask will continue as normal to save your webpage reminders. If you decide to change your preference at any time, right-click on ToolTask and select options. From there you will be able to change your preference.

How-to Microsoft Outlook:
To use ToolTask with Microsoft Outlook, select "Microsoft Outlook" from the options. Thats it!
How-to WinDates:
Select "ICalendar" from the ToolTask options and make sure that "Execute Calendar file when Created" IS selected
Click "Save"
If WinDates does not open when you add a task then follow these instructions to set it as the default application:
1) Open the Calendar folder from the ToolTask options
2) Right click on any calendar file and select "Open With" > "Choose Program"
3) Select "WinDates" from the list and make sure that "Always use the selected program to open this type of file" is selected
4) Click "OK"
How-to Mozilla Sunbird:
Select "ICalendar" from the ToolTask options and make sure that "Execute Calendar file when Created" is NOT selected
Click "Save"
After you have added a task, open up Mozilla Sunbird and press Ctrl + I
Navigate to the ToolTask calendar
directory (found by selecting "Open Calendar Folder") and select the files you wish to import
