Pixel Picker is a new lightweight utility to help you to find the colour of the pixel beneath your pointer

Written entirely in the Microsoft .NET Framework (C#), Pixel Picker is the perfect way to find the colour of anything on your screen.

Step-by-step instructions:

1. If it is not already open, open up Pixel Picker
2. Right click on the pixel-picker icon and click start
3. Move your mouse to the colour you want, the Pixel Picker icon will show the colour you are currently pointing at
4. When you have found the colour you would like, press 's' on your keyboard to save that colour
5. To retrieve the colour, either hover your mouse over the Pixel Picker icon or double click the icon to highlight and copy the colour code

Once you have downloaded and installed Pixel Picker you will need to start it finding the Pixel Picker item located in the root of your Start Menu
Pixel Picker will start automatically everytime you switch on your computer .

What do i need to install and run Pixel Picker:
You will need a PC running Microsoft Windows® 2000, XP or later with the Microsoft .NET Framework installed

How does it work:
Pixel Picker works by taking a small snapshot of your screen and analysing the colour underneath the mouse pointer.
